At Hendy SEAT we are very excited to bring you the New SEAT Leon.
The fourth generation of the popular Spanish hatchback combines a sportier design, smart technology and a slightly larger interior than previous incarnations. It is also the first SEAT to come with hybrid and plug-in hybrid engine options.
The new model is longer than the previous version and slightly narrower with a lower roofline. However, it doesn't sacrifice boot space, with a sufficient 380-litre capacity.
It's inside where the change can really be seen though. The new Leon comes equipped with an LED-lit dashboard, impressive sound system and touchscreen console, six trim levels to choose from and a host of safety features including an advanced rear-view camera that assists the hands-free parking system.
The headlights are fully LED and the stylish rear lights run the full width across the back of the vehicle. It is 86mm longer than the previous model and the wheelbase has grown by 50mmm, but retains the curves and lines to encourage an aerodynamic ride.
Alejandro Mesonero-Romanos, the director of the Leon's design, said: "This is the beginning of our future. It's our inspiration, and all of what comes in the next few years will be heavily inspired by what we have done here."
