By entering, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any associated entry requirements. Any breach of these terms and conditions by an entrant will void their entry. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated software will not be accepted.

Entries close at 11.59pm on Tuesday 9th April 2024. The competition winner will be notified on social media by midnight on Wednesday 10th April 2024. If the prize remains unclaimed at midnight on the 12th April 2024, Hendy Group will conduct a second chance draw. Entrants must be 18 years or elder. The promoter's decision is final.

This competition is open to all UK residents, except employees of Hendy Group, Rees Leisure, and their affiliated companies, their families and agencies.

The winner will be randomly selected by the promoter from entries received once the prize draw closes.

The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer, network or software failure which may restrict or delay or failure of entry.

The prize does not include travel to collect the prize and the winner must make his or her own arrangements. The prize is to be collected from Hendy Van Store Southampton.

By entering, the winner agrees for Hendy Group to use their names and general location for publicity purposes, and to have their photograph taken on collection of the prize.

Hendy Group reserves the right to withdraw, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) at any time without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.
