Terms & Conditions Of Win a Alpine Thruxton Driving Experience

The promoters for this prize draw are Hendy Group Limited. No purchase necessary.

To enter the draw test our cutting-edge F1 simulators at our Alpine dealership launch event in Southampton between 20th April 2024 and 21st April 2024. The winner of the Alpine Thruxton Driving Experience will be based on the fastest time over the weekend. Two  radio-controlled cars will also be won by our top two younger enthusiasts, aged up to 12 years old.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Alpine. By entering this prize draw, you agree to a complete release of Alpine from any or all liability in connection with this prize draw.

By entering, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any associated entry requirements. Any breach of these terms and conditions by an entrant will void their entry. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry. Standard eligibility and conditions of test drive must be met in order to qualify for entry.

Entries close at 5:00pm on the 21st April 2024. The prize draw winner will be notified via e-mail by midnight on Friday 3rd May 2024. If the prize remains unclaimed at midnight on the 2nd June 2023, Hendy Group will conduct a second chance draw on the 10th May 2024. Entrants to win the Thruxton Experience must be 18 years or elder. The promoter's decision is final.

This prize draw is open to all UK residents, except employees of Hendy Group, Alpine and their affiliated companies, their families, and agencies.

The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer, network or software failure which may restrict or delay or failure of entry.

By entering, the winner agrees for Hendy Group to use their names and general location for publicity purposes, and to have their photograph taken on collection of the prize.

Hendy Group reserves the right to withdraw, modify or supersede the prize draw (including altering prizes) at any time without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.
